Booking Terms

    
   
General Terms & Conditions All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. No charge will be taken from the card at this stage, this is to confirm the room. Full payment can be made by card, cash or guaranteed cheque on departure.
Prices quoted are subject to availability and are based on 2 adults sharing a standard twin or double room. All information is correct at the time of going to print and the hotel reserves the right to amend prices accordingly. Any special requests, diet, access, room location, etc. should be made at the time of booking. First and second floor access is by stairway only.
   
Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following cancellation charges will apply :

  • Within 2 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total booking value
  • Within 7 days prior to arrival – 75% of total booking value
  • Within 2 days prior to arrival – 100% of total booking value

We will of course endeavour to re-sell the room, and if successful, no cancellation charge will be necessary - All guests are advised to take appropriate holiday cover in the unlikely event of an emergency or illness.
